We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please read the information below.

Returns Eligibility

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging and components are included

  • The product has not been fitted, installed, or modified in any way

Due to the nature of our van security plates and anti-peel brackets, we cannot accept returns on items that have been installed or show signs of use.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address

  3. Securely package the item to prevent damage in transit

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you require a different item, please contact us and we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).
